A suggestion on the MonoPoly Board, write a list to remind yourself of the things you have ONLY together and why your primary relationship is special. Add to it as necessary.

- He chose to marry me.
- He chose to let me deeper into his heart than anyone else.
- We have 10+ years together.
- We are fluid bonded.
- I am the mother of his only child.
- He trusts me to be at his back.
- Where we live is "home" and no matter where he goes or who he's with, he chooses to come back to me.
- Any other woman or play partner he has in addition to me is a sign of how much i love and trust him.
- He has willingly accepted my "special" needs and learned to be what I needed in that respect.
